With 45 years of B2B maritime logistics experience, GrupaMar needed a website reflecting its complete logistics service with owned infrastructure and team of specialists. My redesign improves real-time tracking access for all users, expressing human-centred service and technological innovation.

Problem

The previous website suffered from unclear information architecture, unintuitive navigation, and poorly organised technical content. The client area and shipment tracking were hard to access—especially on mobile. Missing visual hierarchy and status indicators left B2B users uncertain, unable to quickly find critical updates about their shipments.

Solution

The new design establishes clear visual hierarchy and intuitive navigation focused on B2B user needs. Access to the client portal and real-time tracking has been streamlined, with larger, more readable UI elements and prominent action buttons. Status indicators, micro-interactions, and a fully responsive layout ensure a consistent, trustworthy experience across all devices—boosting operational confidence and efficiency.
